Under our Zero Fees Policy, all deposits starting at $5,000 or more that are handled through a single bank wire transfer are protected. Your transaction fees up to $100, or possibly more, will be covered by CribFX.
Within one calendar month of the deposit being made, you must provide our Support Team with a copy of your bank statement or any other confirmation document proving the money was sent. If you do this, we will reimburse your costs.
*In cases where there is little trading activity, we have the right to charge funding.

Internal Transfers
Internal transfers made from MT5 account to any other MT5 accounts are fast and instant if the base currencies of both the accounts are similar.
But if the base currencies of both the accounts are not the same and are different, then in this case internal transfer will take place in one working day.
Also Internal transfers from IB account to an MT5 account are also processed in one working day.
Please keep a note of the following given points before using any of our payment methods:
If any payment made through a third party source will not be accepted.
– Payment method that is under your name and lawfully belongs to you can only be used
– Any point of time we might require a proof from you and if you fail to present it then your payment will be voided and frozen.
– If in case a third party payment is made then we have full right to apply a penalty in such case.- For using any of our deposit or withdrawal method, we do not charge any fees, but intermediary banks and eWallets might charge and this is not under our control.
- The payment method you originally opted for depositing, we process withdrawals only to those payment mode, in case you use a Credit card or Debit card we will send the payment back to that account and the remaining withdrawal amount more than deposited amount will be processed to payment method opted by you.
- We will only process the payments in EUR,GBP and USD and if Payments are made in any other currency then it will automatically be converted into the mentioned currencies and in this case your bank might charge you a conversion fee and we do not have any control on that.
- If in case your Debit or Credit card deposit was unsuccessful then try to deposit it again by keeping in mind that the card details entered by you is correct, you are using a card that is not expired, you got enough funds in your account. If all the given points are perfect and still your deposit is showing unsuccessful, then it might be possible that your bank does not authorise your card for making payments. In this case kindly use another card or any other payment method available in your trading account.
- In case if you use a Credit card or Debit card for making payments please ensure to keep a coloured copy of both sides of your card with you in order to combat fraud and only send us the copy when asked.
- Also before sending any copies upon our request please make sure to cover all digits except the last 4 on front side of your card for security purpose. Also cover the CVV code. Rest all other details should be clear and visible. The card should be signed and the signature should be visible properly.
- Please ensure yourself that the CribFX will never ask for any sensitive card details and in case you receive such request from any unclear source then please contact us immediately.
- We also reserve the right to close your account, void all your deposits and withdrawals and can also charge you applicable transfer and refund fees if we find you deposit and withdraw funds without appropriately trading in your account.
